Cancellation policy:
30 days notice is required on accommodation and 48 hours notice on a cancelled whale watching tour. When advance cancellation notice is given, a full refund of the deposit is given.

For accommodation cancellation notice of less than 30 days notice: If the accommodation becomes filled (by other guests on any of the nights previously reserved and for which a 50% deposit has been taken), the 50% deposit will be fully refunded on those nights occupied by other guests. On any night not filled, the deposit will not be refunded. We will do our utmost to fill the cancelled nights, however, it will not always be possible as most of our reservations are made well in advance.

For reservations, deposits can be sent by fax/ph VISA or MasterCard (preferably VISA) numbers and expiry dates to: 1-800-668-6722 or (250) 974-5225. Confirmation of reservations and deposit details will be sent following authorization from the card.
