Low Season: October 1st to April 30th $95.00/night
Peak Season 2007: $105.00 (D) per night, Canadian Dollars
- All rates based on double occupancy.
- Weekly Rate Package: 7th night

- Group rates available on request
- Deposits: A 50% deposit is required
at time of booking. All additional charges are payable upon arrival.
- Cancellations: A 50% administration
fee will be charged with sufficient 14 days notice. If less than
14 days, your deposit will be withheld
- Check-Out: In order to prepare
our rooms for incoming guests, check out is by 11:00 a.m. Since
your departure is based on the ferry timing, we will happily store
your items until you are ready to leave.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Debit and yes - cash.
- Refreshments: Coffee, tea, bottled
water and hot chocolate are available to our guests 24 hours a day,
so please help yourself
- Laundry: Please put towels or linens
you would like laundered daily in the hamper and place outside your
door.
- Smoking: All our rooms are non-smoking.
You are welcome to smoke on the deck or outside.
- Common Rooms: You are welcome to
use TV, DVD's, card and board games and enjoy the fabulous view
- binoculars are also provided.
- Temperature Control: Each room has
its own thermostat, so please set to the temperature
you are most comfortable with.

- Pet are Welcome: We have two small
dogs, Nibbles & Dribbles, who are very friendly, clean and quiet.
